Fawne Moon joined Senior Living by Youngstown Area Jewish Federation in July 2023 as the Director of Adult Day Services at Heritage Manor. Born and raised in Sharon, Pennsylvania, Fawne began her healthcare career as an STNA. She became an LPN and spent 23 years working in long-term care before becoming an RN and working as a case manager and an infectious disease nurse. Fawne is currently pursuing her BSN at Franklin University in Columbus, Ohio.

Outside of work, Fawne enjoys spending time with her husband, two sons, stepdaughter, and two grandchildren. She also enjoys traveling and cooking for her family and friends.
