
Michael Kinsley is a certified chef and Youngstown native who brings over two decades of culinary and food service leadership to his role as Food Service Director at Heritage Manor. A graduate of the Pennsylvania Institute of Culinary Arts, Michael has built a distinguished career across healthcare, education, and hospitality. He has held key positions at Menorah Park, Penn National Gaming, Firebirds Restaurants, and Ursuline College, where he consistently demonstrated excellence in kitchen operations, team development, and budget management. Known for his commitment to quality dining services and high standards of sanitation and efficiency, Michael ensures every meal served meets both nutritional needs and culinary expectations. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his wife and children, attending live concerts, hiking and camping with his son’s Boy Scout troop, where he serves as Scoutmaster, and, of course, cooking.
