Danielle Jones joined Senior Living by Youngstown Area Jewish Federation in July 2023 as the social worker at Heritage Manor. She graduated from Youngstown State University with a bachelor’s degree in social work in 2000, and is a licensed social worker. In her early career, Danielle provided social services in long term care, sub acute rehab, and Alzheimer’s specialized care settings. For several years, she had the priveldge of being a hospice social worker in Mahoning, Trumbull, and Columbiana Counties.  She also worked as a waiver case manager providing services to the geriatric population in the Youngstown area. More recently she returned to providing social services in the long term care setting.

Danielle was born and raised in Austintown, Ohio. She has 2 children, Evan and Victoria. She enjoys spending time with her family, exercising, reading, and walking her dog, Hazel. Danielle’s passion is in helping and serving the geriatric population. She is looking forward to building relationships with the residents and their families to promote the best quality of life for them.
