Jennie Bunch joined Senior Living by Youngstown Area Jewish Federation in July, as the new director of admissions and marketing.
Bunch brings a wealth of experience to the role, including working with a wide range of patient populations. As an LPN, Bunch has worked in many areas of nursing, including outpatient surgery, medical surgical units, and infection prevention.
Her most recent position was as clinical liaison with Vibra Hospital of Mahoning Valley in Boardman. Prior to that, she worked at Washington Square Healthcare Center in Warren.
She is passionate about sharing her knowledge and educating others, she said.
“I have made it a priority to always put patients and their families first,” Bunch added.
In her new role, she “would like to continue to learn, grow, and serve our community.”
“We are excited to welcome Jennie,” said Eric Murray, Youngstown Area Jewish Federation executive director of senior services, “and her extensive experience will be a big plus for our program.”
Bunch is a graduate of Knoedler School of Practical Nursing in Jefferson, Ohio. She raised three children and is now raising three grandchildren.
When not working, “I enjoy sitting at the lake and watching the water crash on the beach,” she said. “I enjoy beautiful sunsets and riding motorcycles.”
