Eric Murray has served as the Executive Director of Senior Services for Heritage Manor of the Youngstown Area Jewish Federation since 2020. He oversees the Heritage Manor Rehabilitation & Retirement Community which includes the Heritage Manor nursing facility, Heritage Manor Adult Day Services, and Levy Gardens Assisted Living.
Eric, a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator, previously was Vice President of Post-Acute Care for a community hospital, overseeing Inpatient Rehab, Rehab and Therapy Services, Skilled Nursing, Home Health, Hospice, and Private Duty Nursing programs. Eric graduated from Bowling Green State University with a B.S. in Physical Therapy and the University of Akron with an MBA – Finance concentration.
Eric is a licensed Physical Therapist, CEAL (Certified Executive for Assisted Living) and CEHCH (Certified Executive of Home Health and Hospice). He is a Leading Age Ohio and Ohio Aging Services Network Board member, serves on the Leading Age Adult Day Subcommittee, and the Ohio Aging Services Network Finance Committee.
Eric, who resides in Salem with his wife and three children, is excited to support an environment that allows one to age with dignity and grace while offering high quality health services.
