Eric Murray has served as the Executive Director of Senior Services for Heritage Manor of the Youngstown Area Jewish Federation since 2020. He oversees the Heritage Manor Rehabilitation & Retirement Community, which includes the Heritage Manor Skilled Nursing, Adult Day Services at Heritage Manor, and Levy Gardens Assisted Living.
Eric, a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA), Health Services Executive (HSE), and licensed Physical Therapist, previously was Vice President of Post-Acute Care for a community hospital, overseeing Inpatient Rehab, Rehab and Therapy Services, Skilled Nursing, Home Health, Hospice, and Private Duty Nursing programs. Eric graduated from Bowling Green State University with a B.S. in Physical Therapy and the University of Akron with an MBA – Finance concentration.
He is a Leading Age Ohio and Ohio Aging Services Network Board member and also serves on the Leading Age Adult Day Subcommittee and the Ohio Aging Services Network Finance Committee.
